Ordering terms (summary)

• Prices are per player, from the published tier price; your estimate quote confirms the final price.
• Minimum order: standard kits 24 players and $1,650; Signature kits 48 players and $3,500.
• Standard kits arrive about 6 weeks after proof approval; Signature kits about 10 weeks.
• Deposit at proof approval: 65% for standard US-route kits, 60% for Signature kits. Production starts only after the deposit is paid.
• Balance: due in full 21 days before ship date. Nothing ships unpaid.
• Online (checkout) orders: 65% deposit at checkout, refunded in full if the proof is not approved within 14 days of the first proof being sent (reminders on days 3, 7 and 12; the order is then cancelled). The proof is sent as soon as the order is placed; production and the supplier order wait until the deposit is paid. Invoice deposits: if the deposit invoice is not paid within 14 days, the order is cancelled; nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund.
• Deposits are non-refundable once the proof is approved.
• Custom kits are made to order and cannot be returned after proof approval.
• Logos from quotes that do not go ahead are deleted after 90 days. Order records are kept for 3 years.
• Legal entity and governing law: Fairline Events LLC, California.
