Fairline Events LLC ("Fairline", "we", "us"), 919 Marguerite Ln, Carlsbad, CA, runs fairlineevents.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

1. Information we collect

• Contact and order details you give us: name, organization, email, phone number (optional on quote requests), event name and date, player count and size split, shipping address, notes, and the logo files you upload.
• Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment processor Stripe (payments). We do not store full card numbers. We keep a record of amounts paid.
• Where your data goes: payments are processed by Stripe; logo uploads are stored on Cloudflare (R2); the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; email runs on Google Workspace (hello@fairlineevents.com).
• Website data: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics only. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites; it gives us aggregate page-view counts. We do not use advertising tags. When you click a link with campaign tags (for example utm parameters), we keep those tags, the page you arrived on and the date of your first visit in your browser's local storage and send them with your quote or order so we know how you found us. When we start advertising, we will add ad tags (such as Google Ads or Meta tags) and update this policy before they go live.
• Emails you send us and our replies.

2. How we use it

• To prepare quotes, proofs and invoices, make and ship your order, and contact you about it.
• To take payment and keep business and tax records.
• To understand which pages and ads bring customers, and to improve the site.
• To comply with law and protect our rights.

We use your logo only to make your order and proof.

3. Sharing

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it: our garment and embroidery suppliers (name, logo, sizes and shipping address for your order), shipping carriers, our payment processor, email and hosting providers (Google Workspace, Cloudflare, including Cloudflare Web Analytics), and our accountant. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising tags today. If we add them when ads start, we will update this policy first; sharing browsing data with ad companies may count as "sharing" under the CCPA, and you will be able to opt out as described below.

4. Retention

• Logos and details from quotes that do not go ahead: deleted after 90 days.
• Order records (contact, order, payment and shipping records): kept for 3 years, or longer if tax law requires.
• Website attribution data in your browser stays until you clear it.

5. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example records we must keep for tax);
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA);
• Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

To use these rights, email hello@fairlineevents.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We verify requests by matching your email address and order details. You may use an authorized agent, who must show your written permission.

Opt-out signals: we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sharing. Our site does not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Categories (CCPA notice at collection)

In the past 12 months we have collected: identifiers (name, email, phone, address); commercial information (orders and payments); internet activity (pages visited, campaign tags); and customer-provided images (logos). Sources: you, your browser, and our service providers. Purposes: as in section 2. We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to people who need the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

Our site and products are for businesses and event organizers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
