Send us your size split with the proof. Polos come in a standard men's and women's size run. Spare polos are optional: add 5%, 7.5% or 10% in the Event Builder, billed per spare at your kit's price per player as a placeholder; the final spare price is set on Nov 6. Spares count toward your order total and deposit. If you are not sure of your field's sizes yet, our size calculator on the order-by page gives a starting split you can adjust before you sign the proof.
The proof shows your logo placement on each item, thread colors, spelling, the size split, price and ship date. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
Yes, before you approve it. Once the proof is approved, the design, sizes and quantities are locked for production.
Standard kits arrive about 6 weeks after proof approval, Signature kits about 10 weeks. The Event Builder adds one week to spare when it works out your order-by date.

Standard kits start at 24 players and a $1,650 order. Signature kits start at 48 players and a $3,500 order.

Yes. Front Nine, Full Eighteen and Clubhouse kits can be bought online: pick your kit, upload your logo and pay a 65% deposit by card or by invoice. Signature kits and anything unusual go through a quote.
Online orders: we send the first proof as soon as you order, by card or invoice. You have 14 days from when we send the first proof to approve it (we send reminders on days 3, 7 and 12); after that the order is cancelled and your deposit refunded in full. Once you approve the proof, the deposit is non-refundable because your kits go into production.
Right away. We send the proof as soon as you order, whether you pay by card or invoice. Production and the supplier order wait until the deposit is paid. If the deposit invoice is not paid within 14 days, the order is cancelled; nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund.
Online orders pay a 65% deposit at checkout. Quoted orders pay a deposit at proof approval: 65% for standard US-route kits, 60% for Signature kits. Production starts once the deposit is paid. The balance is due in full 21 days before ship date. Deposits are non-refundable once the proof is approved. We invoice by email.
Kits are made to order with your logo, so they cannot be returned once the proof is approved. If anything arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, we put it right.
PNG, SVG, PDF or AI. We tidy it for embroidery and show you the result on the proof. Logos from quotes that do not go ahead are deleted after 90 days.
