Fairline Events LLC - Order terms v1 (draft; Peter approves, lawyer reviews)
Orders. Fixed kits (Front Nine, Full Eighteen, Clubhouse), with a minimum of 24 players and $1,650. Other orders are quoted.
Deposit. 65% at checkout, by card or invoice (invoice due in 14 days, or the order is cancelled).
Proof. We send a digital proof showing logo, colours, placement, sizes, quantities, price and ship date. Production starts only after you sign it and the deposit is paid.
Not approved. If you don't approve within 14 days of the first proof, or you decline it, we cancel the order and refund the deposit in full.
After approval. Goods are custom, and the deposit is non-refundable. Changes after approval may cost extra and move the ship date.
Balance. 35% is invoiced and must be paid 21 days before ship date.
Logo rights. You confirm you own or have permission to use every logo and name you send, and you agree to indemnify Fairline Events LLC against claims arising from them.
Defects. Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Our errors are reprinted or refunded. Normal size and colour variance is not a defect.
Shipping. One US address. The ship date is an estimate; we'll tell you at once about any delay.
